We’ve got some great new features to share from the most recent OutboundEngine product update.
Follow up faster
First, you’ll notice an important change to your Campaign Performance email. You’re now able to DIRECTLY follow up with your engaged contacts!
Simply click the red “Follow Up” button to the right of the engaged contact to be directed to their contact details. You can then reach out and learn more about their needs. Go get that business!
Hungry for hamburgers
We’ve added what tech folks like to call a “hamburger” menu to the top left corner of the mobile app to improve navigation. This hamburger menu is your new hub for accessing your Contacts, Campaigns, and more. We will soon transition away from the bottom menu as this new menu style provides more space and flexibility to add future features and functionality.

New button, who dis?
We’ve also made a small improvement to your newsletters to deliver a big impact. In your newsletters, the “Read More” button that takes your readers to your website will no longer always reads, “Read More.” Our content team can now customize the call-to-action (CTA) to fit each newsletter, whether that’s “Learn More,” “More Tips” (as seen above), “Keep Reading,” “Check It Out,” and so on.
Compelling CTA buttons help increase engagement. The more folks who keep reading, sharing, clicking, and engaging with your content, the more likely you are to see repeat and referral business.
