This is a story about a box full of business cards and how those cards (pictured below) went from collecting dust to generating leads for one OutboundEngine customer.
There’s little we won’t do to put a smile on a customer’s face. Our Customer Success team is beyond dedicated to – you guessed it – our customers. We don’t just want customers to be happy with our product; we want our services to be as efficient and effective as possible.
One of the most common customer requests is help getting contacts from several places and in several forms into one central location. In many cases, they need help digitizing their lists, and that’s no problem. Whether it’s a Ziploc bag full of business cards or a thousand contacts scribbled on paper, we can get you organized. All you have to worry about is getting the information to us.
And we mean it! In this scenario, a customer wanted to set up email marketing campaigns to send to her large database of customers. The issue? The contact information for everyone she had ever done business with lived in a box. It would have taken her months to sort through the more than 1,200 business cards she had accumulated over the years and type them out one by one. Instead, she simply shipped the box to us.
Once the customer’s box of 1,268 individual business cards arrived at OutboundEngine headquarters, we organized them and sent them off to Shoeboxed for transcription. All of the contacts were compiled into an alphabetical, digital list that we could then enter right into our system. We began sending emails on our customer’s behalf straight away.
“We will go out of our way for our customers to make sure they’re getting the most out of our service,” Benji Orlansky, the team lead of Customer Success for OutboundEngine, explained. “You’re partnering with a team who really wants you to succeed. We’re not a business card transcription company; we’re an online marketing company that will do whatever it takes to help you be successful.”
Could you use an extra hand with your email and social media marketing strategy? We’re always here to help.
